What is your return policy?
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and raise your return request within 7 days of delivery. Unworn pieces can then be returned or exchanged in original packaging with the authenticity card. Earrings, nose pins and customised pieces are not returnable.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivered across India in 3-7 business days with tracking. Partial Cash on Delivery is available on selected PIN codes and orders — the amount payable on delivery, and any amount payable online, are shown at checkout.
